The place is very clean and inviting. The food is always tidy and delicious, and my favourite dish is the Hanoi spring rolls. There were dim sum, dumplings, and pho, and everything was just so nice. They gave us a dish for a trial (I think it was called a “fire triangle” something) that I don’t remember the name of. It was so crunchy and delicious, especially with the spicy sauce. Hopefully they’ll put it on the new menu soon!

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s easily my favourite pho spot in Adelaide. Dennis, the owner, is a local legend. He’s always welcoming and clearly passionate about what he does. Everything on the menu is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
The rare beef pho is full of flavour and really hearty. My wife always gets the vegan pho — it’s light, fresh, and surprisingly packed with depth. There aren’t many vegan options like this in Adelaide.
Dennis also had us try a new special he’s thinking of adding — a crunchy pork entrée with a fiery, tangy sauce called ‘taste of hao’. It was so full of flavour but still felt light. Just like the rest of the food here, it left us wanting more.
If you haven’t tried this place yet, do yourself a favour and check it out.

Skip The 3 Viets, and you’ll be missing one of the city’s best Vietnamese food spots.

We enjoyed the pho we had actually. We tend to find many Vietnamese restaurants make their pho overly sweet in Adelaide, but the flavor of what they had here was well balanced. Chicken wings were not too bad. And like that you can choose the size of pho here.

Food was delicious, delivered in very good time. Beef noodles were worth coming back for! Satay chicken skewers were just amazing, and the iced coffee was the best presented, most delicious Vietnamese iced coffee I’ve ever had. 5 starts from me, I’ll be back!
